Exchange & Return Policy

Exchange Policy:

Product (s) can be exchanged(only incase of damage product) only the products of the same brand within the 2 days from the date of purchase. Please note that the product must be unused with the price label attached along with the purchase invoice. Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged. Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.

All items must be unused, all tags must be intact, packing is in its original condition and original invoice is provided.
Proof of purchase but be provided which includes either the original receipt of order confirmation email.
The reason for exchange must be clearly stated such as defective, wrong size, wrong item, wrong color etc.

RETURN POLICY:
We regret to inform you that we are unable to process a return for any item.
As per our policy and the conditions of the purchase, returns are not permitted. We appreciate your understanding.
ORDER CANCELLATION:
Customers can cancel orders at any time before the order has been processed.
Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email and an SMS with your COD amount as well as the order tracking ID. As soon as the product has been delivered, our above-mentioned exchange policy will apply to your order.
Sila Textile holds the authority to cancel any order in cases, such as; the item being out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.
